We send vouchers out on a Wednesday, orders placed before 4pm on Tuesday will be sent the next day.

We send our vouchers in a Fitzbillies greetings card.  You will be given the opportunity to include a gift message when you add the voucher to your shopping basket.

We will send the vouchers by first class post.  If you need to them to arrive in time for a special occasion please make sure you allow enough time for them to be delivered.
