Fitzbillies Chelsea Buns are made from a sweet bun dough, rolled around a mixture of currants, brown sugar and spices and cut to give their distinctive spiral shape. After baking they are coated with our special bun syrup to make them extra sweet and sticky.

Chelsea buns can be eaten just as they are, but are perhaps best reheated in a microwave for 20 seconds (for a single bun) on ‘medium’ (microwave settings can vary).
