Fitzbillies Bakery is busy 7 days a week producing the artisan bread and cakes we sell in our own shop and cafés. Much of our range is available to buy wholesale.

From sourdough boules to traditional tin loaves, focaccia to baps and muffins, our range is designed to meet the needs of hospitality and retailers. There’s a full list of our products below. Everything is made by hand in our Cambridge bakery, much of it using local East Anglian flour either from Marriage’s in Essex, or even closer, Foster’s Mill in Swaffham Prior.

We deliver 5 mornings a week in central Cambridge and the immediate surrounding villages (roughly 5 miles radius). Our customers include Cambridge colleges, local restaurants, cafés, farm shops and fruit and veg box schemes. We offer convenient next day ordering (48 hours for sourdough).
