Fitzbillies Chelsea buns are best consumed on the day of delivery but can last up to 7 days if kept in an airtight container. Chelsea buns can be reheated in a microwave for 20 seconds (for a single bun) on ‘medium’ (microwave settings can vary). Chelsea buns can also be frozen if you would like to enjoy them over a period of time.
