We send our famously sticky Chelsea buns to aficionados all across the UK. We’ve been baking our famous Chelsea buns since 1920 and we make over 200,000 a year, by hand, in our Cambridge bakery. Our Head Baker, Gill, has been baking the buns for 47 years.
