Shipping policy

For UK delivery, we use Royal Mail and offer Tracked 24 as standard, with the option to upgrade to Special Delivery by 1pm for a more guaranteed service.

At checkout, once you have selected your estimated delivery date, you will find the shipping charges based on the weight of your order.

Tracked 24 usually arrives on your delivery date, but the Royal Mail service is 1-2 days, so it can be the day after. Special Delivery 1pm is guaranteed, but requires a signature on delivery.

Please note that some dates, particularly at Christmas, only have Special Delivery available to avoid disappointment.

Up to 20kg via Royal Mail Tracked 24 | Usually arrives within 1-2 working days | £15.50

 

Special Delivery Shipping Rates:

Up to 1kg via Royal Mail Special Delivery | Usually arrives next day by 1pm | £10.50

Up to 2kg via Royal Mail Special Delivery | Usually arrives next day by 1pm | £13.50

Up to 20kg via Royal Mail Special Delivery | Usually arrives next day by 1pm | £20.50


Cambridge Collection

We offer in-store pickup in collection for cakes and hampers from our Cambridge branches and bakery

  • Fitzbillies Bakery, 31b Clifton Road, Cambridge CB1 7EB (no coffee shop at this location)

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use that to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery window, please contact us at orders@fitzbillies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy on non-food products including merchandise, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not accept returns for perishable goods such as food or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@fitzbillies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
