Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Up to 1kg via Royal Mail Special Delivery | Usually arrives next day by 1pm | £9.95

In-store pickup
We offer in-store pickup for bespoke cakes only from our branches and bakery including:
51-53 Trumpington Street, Cambridge, CB2 1RG,
36 Bridge Street, Cambridge, CB2 1RG
Fitzbillies Bakery, 31b Clifton Road, Cambridge CB1 7EB.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the date selected at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-3pm on Monday-Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use that to check its status. Please allow 2 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You will also receive an email notification and text message from the Royal Mail which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@fitzbillies.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy on non-food products including merchandise and T-Shirts which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We do not accept returns for perishable goods such as fresh food or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@fitzbillies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
