BAKING FOR OVER 100 YEARS
Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.

We're proud to be a local, artisan bakery, making our own buns, pastries, bread and cakes 362 days a year. From classic recipes like our Chelsea buns and Fitzbillies sponge cakes to innovative sourdough loaves, our bakers are second to none.
