Our set of three Fitzbillies biscuits are bestsellers in our Cambridge coffee shops and tearoom! There's classic butter shortbread, chocolate chip shortbread and our exclusive Chelsea bun biscuits.
We're especially proud of the Chelsea bun biscuits, which reduce waste of any broken or leftover Chelsea buns. They're deliciously full of cinnamon, currants, and have a Hobnob-like texture.

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
