Our traditional Christmas puddings are made by hand, steamed overnight and full of fruit and spices. Our traditional recipe with brandy, dried figs and apples gives our Christmas pudding a warm golden colour.
Our medium pudding is perfect for 6-8 people and comes with heating instructions.

First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
