For the best bun experience, we recommend our bake at home range of buns, which are part-baked and ready to pop in the oven. All baking instructions are provided and we think this makes for the softest and most delicious treat. Our Chelsea buns are also available fully baked and ready to enjoy.

We're especially proud of the Chelsea bun biscuits, which reduce waste of any broken or leftover Chelsea buns. They're deliciously full of cinnamon, currants, and have a Hobnob-like texture.

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
