All our cakes are made in a bakery where wheat flour is in constant use, so we cannot guarantee that anything we make is 100% free from traces of wheat and gluten.

Fitzbillies Vanilla Funfetti Cake has four layers of vanilla sponge cake, filled with raspberry jam and buttercream and covered with smooth vanilla icing. It's topped with an abundance of decorations, including white chocolate bars, party rings, a mini cupcake, mini meringues, and completed with funfetti sprinkles.

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
