Our Fitzbillies Lemon Macaron 2 Tier cake consists of a 6" lemon cake stacked on top of an 8" lemon cake.
Each layer has a fresh, summery combination of moist lemon sponge, lemon curd and buttercream filling topped with macaron and small meringue decorations. The perfect centrepiece for a variety of celebrations.

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
