Please note that from 4th November, our standard brownies will be substituted for festive brownies. Festive brownies come in flavours of: white chocolate & raspberry, orange chocolate, and rich chocolate topped with gingerbread people.

Additionally, our standard macarons will be substituted for festive macarons. Festive macarons come in flavours of: white chocolate & gingerbread, clementine, cranberry, mint chocolate, chocolate, and salted caramel.

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
