Two layers of moist chocolate sponge baked in the shape of your birthday number or numbers; filled and topped with chocolate icing and lavishly decorated with chocolate and salt caramel macarons, Maltesers, chocolate curls and Ferrero Rocher.

Perfect for celebrating the special birthdays of chocolate lovers - whether that is 1 or 100.

Serving & Storage

Store at cool room temperature. Once cut store in an airtight tin or protect the cut edge with cling film or foil.

> Select one or two digits to make up the age you need. If you need 3 digits just get in touch and we can sort that out.

> As a guide, the height of each number is xxx inches.

> The amount of cake in individual numbers varies a little.

> Each digit serves between 25 and 35 people.

> Store at cool room temperature. Once cut store in an airtight tin or protect the cut edge with cling film or foil.

> Eat within 5 days of collection.

All our cakes are made in our artisan bakery where nuts are used.

Delivery

Our number cakes are only available for collection from our bakery, 31b Clifton Road, Cambridge and with 7 days notice.

> All our number cakes require a 7 day notice period from the date of order.

> This cake cannot be shipped, please select 'pick up' from the delivery method at the checkout stage.

> If you don't receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.

We want all our cakes to reach you in the perfect condition, so you may find that some of the collection dates available to you are restricted

When will my items be delivered?

At checkout you will be offered the choice of delivery by Royal Mail's Tracked 24 hour service or local collection.

Some products, for instance delicate celebration cakes, are for local collection only. You are also offered a choice of dispatch date (We currently post orders out Tuesday-Friday).

Please note this is a dispatch date, not a guaranteed delivery date. If you opt for delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and you specially want to receive your item by a particular date we recommend selecting a despatch date 48 hours ahead to avoid disappointment. The Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service is an aim rather than a guarantee.

How can I track my delivery?

Knowing where your parcel is and when it's going to arrive is vital, that's why we only offer a tracked service on all products.

Can I microwave Chelsea Buns?

In short, yes!

Our Chelsea buns are best consumed on day of arrival and will last up-to 7 days but they can be microwaved to 'revive' them but we only recommend doing so one bun at a time and for 20 seconds on a medium heat.

What is a Postcard & Gift Note?

All Chelsea Buns are packed with a standard postcard which outlines some of our history alongside serving suggestions and allergens.

You also have the option of adding an additional postcard that's personalised with a message from the sender, we recommend adding this if you are sending them for a birthday or special occasion.
