Choose from a fully baked or bake-at-home Chelsea bun Christmas tree.

Our bake-at-home tree is a great way to have delicious freshly baked buns for all the family, and the fully baked version adds the convenience of being ready to eat. Both can be frozen on arrival so that you can defrost and enjoy when you're ready.

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
