Our Fitzbillies Fancy Red Velvet 2 Tier cake consists of a 6" four layer red velvet sponge cake on top of an 8" four layer red velvet sponge cake, filled and covered with smooth cream cheese icing.
Each layer has deliciously moist sponge with a mild chocolate flavour which works beautifully with the swirls of rich cream cheese frosting which cover it. Topped with mini cupcakes, mini meringues, white chocolate and cream cheese icing to make this cake the perfect centrepiece for a variety of celebrations.

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
