Please note that from 4th November, our standard macarons will be substituted for festive macarons. Festive macarons come in flavours of: white chocolate & gingerbread, clementine, cranberry, mint chocolate, chocolate, and salted caramel.
Fitzbillies Lemon Cake is just as delicious as the original, but made with Doves Farm Free From Gluten Flour.
All our cakes are made in a bakery where wheat flour is in constant use, so we cannot guarantee that anything we make is 100% free from traces of wheat and gluten.

BAKING FOR OVER 100 YEARS
Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.

From classic recipes like our Chelsea buns and Fitzbillies sponge cakes to innovative sourdough loaves, our bakers are second to none.
