We send our famously sticky Chelsea buns to aficionados all over the UK. We’ve been baking our Chelsea buns since 1920 and we make over 300,000 every year, by hand in our artisan bakery in Cambridge.
Enjoy 6 of our traditional Chelsea buns complete with a pot of syrup so you can make them even stickier when they arrive with you. Add the syrup cold or warm both the buns and syrup for that freshly baked feel.
Fitzbillies Chocolate Cake comes in a postable form! It has two layers moist chocolate sponge, filled with smooth chocolate buttercream frosting, and is decorated with white chocolate flakes.
The cake is sent in our white Fitzbillies-branded cake tin for the perfect keepsake. It is 6" and serves about 6.

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
