We send our famously sticky Chelsea buns to aficionados all over the UK. We’ve been baking our Chelsea buns since 1920 and we make over 200,000 every year, by hand in our artisan bakery in Cambridge.

BAKING FOR OVER 100 YEARS
Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution, delighting town, gown and visitors alike with our buns, cakes and pastries for over 100 years. First opened by Ernest and Arthur Mason in 1920 with their demob money after the First World War, Fitzbillies has been through war, bankruptcies and fire, growing from the original Trumpington Street branch to a thriving collection of bakeries and coffee shops today.
